Trivial Fire - Wildland Edition is trivia game that is based on Wildland Firefighting (that's forest fires not the streets of DC). Categories include the history of wildland firefighting in the U.S., the education and prevention campaign and skills trivia for those firefighters out there that want to test their knowledge. The turn of the last century saw innovation and the creation of new and exciting concepts such as the US Forest Service. This new agency brought organization to many things, not the least of which was the suppression of forest fires. In celebration of over 150 years of wildland firefighting in the U.S., we bring you the first trivia app regarding this fascinating profession. From the storied past and historic fires to the organization and tactics of today, a century and a half have brought an evolution of mammoth proportions changing everything from agency goals to the way we fight fire.
